The JBSA-Lackland Contracting Squadron is conducting a market survey under solicitation number F2MTRD6090A001 to identify small business contractors capable of providing comprehensive dry cleaning and laundry services at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. This action is a sources-sought notification with a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5 and applies to NAICS code 812320, specifically targeting businesses in dry cleaning and laundry services. Contractors must demonstrate the ability to furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supervisory resources to perform bulk laundry services, including pickup and delivery from their facility to designated locations within JBSA Lackland, primarily serving the 37 TRSS/CWF unit with delivery to Building 930. All laundry must be sorted by type, folded and stacked, then wrapped and sealed in clear plastic, following the specific packaging and finishing standards outlined in Technical Exhibit 1, which dictates bundle sizes and methods for items such as OCP coats and pants, brown T-shirts, overalls, civilian shirts, pants, and jackets—all requiring bundling, folding, and shrink-wrapping.
