The University intends to select one or more Firms to be awarded Master Contracts for the provision of Services related to athletics as follows: (1)Multi-dimensional ticket sales and service program that integrates with University’s ticket operations platform, Paciolan, to enhance athletic ticket and related donation revenue (i.e. Eagles Club Annual Gifts) and growth of attendance at athletic competition events, including but not limited to: Sales for group tickets, mini plans, single game tickets; season ticket renewals and new season ticket sales; promotion at community events; development of targeted lead lists; management of sales calendar; recurring ticket pricing menu review and market evaluation. (2)Corporate sponsorship sales/fulfillment program, including but not limited to: Strategic approach to corporate sponsorship sales and renewals (cash and in-kind) representing the best interest and needs of Florida Gulf Coast University and FGCU Athletics; sponsorship contract creation and management; valuation strategy; market evaluation; identification of assets; and fulfillment operations. (3)Name, Image Likeness (“NIL”) program, including but not limited to: Solicitation and coordination of educational resources and programs for University student-athletes; identify NIL opportunities for student-athletes; provide an opportunity to facilitate deals for University student-athletes; and enhance exposure for NIL activity in the local community, in accordance with NCAA Bylaws. Firms may submit replies for any of the three Services, individually or a combined reply for multiple Services. Firm(s) must conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations as well as all NCAA requirements. Firm(s) are required without exception to have final work approved by the University representative. The designated University representative will determine acceptability of all work and/or services performed. If the work and/or services are not acceptable, the Firm will be called upon to review and correct all problem areas without additional costs to the University.
