1. REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW


ACC-APG, Tobyhanna Division is conducting market research to identify qualified sources (Small Business and Large Business) capable of providing scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency on-call repair services for forty (40) 400 Hz cycle converters at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Refer to the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed technical requirements.


  • Anticipated Acquisition Strategy: Single-Award Hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) for Preventative Maintenance and Time & Materials (T&M) for Emergency Repairs.

  • Set-Aside Decision: Results will determine whether this requirement will be set aside for Small Business (all categories) or solicited under Full and Open Competition.
