Solicitation # SPRPA126QWC17
Solicitation SPRPA1-26-Q-WC17 is a small business set-aside issued by DLA Aviation at Philadelphia for the procurement of a Vane Axial Fan (NSN 4140-01-329-3428 VH). The requirement specifies that items must be newly manufactured spares, as refurbished or repaired materials are ineligible for award. Offerors who are not government-approved sources of supply must provide an authorized distributor letter on the original equipment manufacturer's letterhead to be considered technically acceptable. The delivery timeline is set for 90 days, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the origin. The government intends to make a single award based on the most advantageous offer, with past performance weighted as more important than price. Evaluation will include risk assessments from the Supplier Performance Risk System regarding item, price, and supplier risk. Technical requirements include compliance with AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent quality standards and strict adherence to MIL-STD-2073 for packaging and MIL-STD-129 for marking. Because the item may be designated as a Critical Safety Item, DFARS 252.209-7010 is incorporated, and any variance requests must be classified as major at a minimum. Administrative requirements mandate the use of the Wide Area Workflow system for invoicing and receiving reports. The contract includes a 12-month warranty for supplies of a noncomplex nature. All offers must comply with Buy American and Balance of Payments Program regulations. The primary point of contact for this procurement is Alana Arthur.

26-SIMACQ-D20-0005 D-Dept Control System Parts/Supplies BPA
Solicitation # N6339426Q4060
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division is soliciting quotes for a multi-award, five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide control system parts and supplies for D-Department. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 333413, with specific eligibility for women-owned small businesses. The ordering period runs from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031, with a maximum value of 600,000 dollars per individual call order. The scope includes a wide array of electronic components, such as network media converters, power supplies, sensors, and printer hardware, with strict adherence to salient characteristics and no substitutions allowed for certain parts. Awards will be made to technically acceptable quoters who are determined responsible. Evaluation is based on general solicitation compliance, technical capability, and a mandatory CMMC Level 1 (Self) status verified via the Supplier Performance Risk System. While a price list is required for submission, price is not used to select BPA awardees; instead, price competition and fair and reasonable determinations occur exclusively at the call order level. Deliveries are FOB Destination, and all invoicing must be processed electronically through Wide Area Workflow. Quoters are encouraged to submit their quotes early as the government will evaluate them on a rolling basis.
