This is a notice of intent to award a brand name, sole source only to Hunter, Manufacturing Co, 3025 Aurora Rd. Solon, OH 44139-2795, firm fixed price contract for the following: Sixty Six (66) each, Deployable Military Hunter Heaters, Part# 168325 Model UH68ODK for delivery to AFMLO/FOW, Kelly USA, 601 Davy Crockett Road, Bldg. 1534, San Antonio, TX 78226. No substitutes will be accepted. This procurement will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
