4619 General Contracting - Maintenance and Repairs

Oregon Metro is seeking qualified contractors to provide general repairs and maintenance services at the Oregon Convention Center, the Portland Expo Center, and other facilities owned by the agency. The contract encompasses both scheduled routine upkeep and emergency response work across multiple venues located throughout Oregon. Services required include a broad range of maintenance tasks necessary to keep facilities operational, safe, and in good condition, with no limited list of exclusions. Bids must be submitted by August 26, 2026, with the solicitation released on July 14, 2026. All work will be performed at sites under Metro’s ownership, and contractors must be prepared to respond to urgent needs as they arise in addition to fulfilling planned maintenance obligations.
