**DEFERRED TO FY26/Q1 RM-CMP existing utility bridge constructed in 1931 has entered a state of irreversible progressive failure and requires replacement. The primary supply and return lines from the Central Heating Plant that heat over 95% of the lower yard buildings including all of Bancroft and the academic facilities, the raw water from the primary well, the primary potable water providing 80+% of the potable water to the lower yard, and various communication and power distribution lines are on this bridge.
