REPLACE HAND RAILS AND METAL PLATFORMS, SASA VALEY and TENJO VISTA, NBG

REQUEST NAVFAC SRM TO REPLACE NON-COMPLIANT HAND RAILING SYSTEM AND METAL STAIR PLATFORMS ON UNDERGROUND SASA FUEL STORAGE TANKS . CURRENT CONDITION UPPER SASA VALLEY UST - There are 2 handrails and metal stair platform per tank, total of 20 Underground Storage Tanks, constructed by Navy Seabees Reserve personnel. These handrails are not within standard height, metal platforms not having handrails, both combined making it unsafe for Fuels Operators to grab on during entry and exiting! TENJO VISTA UST - There are 3 handrails and metal stair platform per tank, total of 7 Underground Storage Tanks, constructed by Navy Seabees Reserve personnel. These handrails are not within standard height, metal platforms not having handrails, both combined making it unsafe for Fuels Operators to grab on during entry and exiting! IMPACT IF NOT PROVIDED Non-compliant hand-railing systems are short of reach for proper holding/gripping entering and exiting of tanks which can put Fuels Operators in a unsafe condition. Also metal stair type platforms are missing, rusted, and also out of compliance due to not having hand-railing also putting Fuels Operator in unsafe condition.
