This synopsis provides notice of the governments intent to award on a sole source basis to Dialogic Communications Corporation (DCC), 730 Cool Springs Blvd, Ste. 300, Franklin, TN 37067-7290. The contract type is to be a Firm Fixed Price commercial type contract. Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Memorandum for Distribution (MFD), dated 20 June 2008, granted approval and accreditation for a tested and approved communicator NXT.
