This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ)] for the planning,coordination, technical direction, and surveillance of a complete and operationalwireless optical system for tracking and capturing human motion, immersive visualization,and force feedback (haptic) capability.The detailed MSFC Statement of Work is attached to this solicitation with the completescope, milestones and deliverables and technical requirements.
