The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring a supply of FibroScan 502 Touch equipment for the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Sandhill Scientific, Inc. - 9150 Commerce Center Cr, Suite 500, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129, as the only responsible source to provide the above-mentioned items. The total award amount is estimated to be $139,355.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
