The 502d Contracting Squadron is conducting market research on behalf of the 688th Cyberspace Wing (688 CW) Chaplain Corps to identify potential sources capable of providing non-personal services for a comprehensive, family-oriented retreat for 14-16 August 2026. This RFI FA301626Q0123 is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). Participation in this RFI process will not obligate the Government in any capacity, and no reimbursement will be provided for costs associated with the submission of information.


Scope of Requirement: The Government requires a single, all-inclusive solution for lodging, meals, and conference facilities from a smoke-free, family-friendly resort. Specific requirements are detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and summarized below:


  • Attendance: Up to 20 adults, 25 children, and two (2) Chaplain Corps staff members.
  • Lodging: Twelve (12) rooms for a duration of two (2) nights.
  • Meals: Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner served in a private conference room.
  • Facilities:
    • A conference room capable of seating all attendees for meetings and meals.
    • Access to on-site family-oriented recreational activities and team-building facilities.
