7.0-7.5M Aluminum RHIB with trailer
1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement from the following Stream of the SA: Stream 3 - RHIB - Greater than 6 Meters - Aluminum - Non-SOLAS - Welding Certification Required
2. Transport Canada has a requirement for the fabrication and supply of one 7.0-7.5 metre, aluminum hull rigid inflatable boat with trailer, with delivery by March 22, 2024.
3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst Supply Arrangement holders.
4. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement(WTO-AGP).
5. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering System CanadaBuys at: https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities. Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority.
6. There is no security associated with this requirement.
