1.0 Contract TitleFloating Dock Replacement–Dauphin River, MB2.0 Objectives of the RequirementFisheries and Oceans Canada, Small Craft Harbours (SCH) is responsible for maintaining safe and accessible harbour at Dauphin River, MB. Several floating docks are nearing the end of their economic life and require replacement.3.0 Scope of WorkThe Contractor will be responsible for the following:1. Supply and delivery of 6 (six) 1.219 X 6.096 finger float wharves to Dauphin River Harbour.2. Supply and delivery of 3 (three) 1.829 X 6.096 principal float wharves to Dauphin River Harbour.Note: Removal of existing float wharves, unloading of new float wharves upon delivery andinstallation of new float wharves to be completed by others.4.0 General RequirementsThe Contractor must execute the works identified herein in strict compliance with the requirements set forth in the following:- Canada Labour Code Part II – January 2008- Public Heath Requirements – Contractor to follow all Federal and Provincial public healthrequirements and guidelines in place at the time of construction/contractor physicallyworking at site.5.0 Departmental SupportSCH will provide the Contractor with ready access to departmental staff to assist with the preparation of background materials or the delivery of a particular project requirement.6.0 DeliverablesMilestone Dates:Deliverables as listed in Section 4.0, Scope of Work, to be completed by March 3rd, 20237.0 Location of WorkWork shall be performed at Contractor’s place of business and Dauphin River, MB.
