LSTC IS TO PROVIDE ANNUAL SOFTWARE LICENSES RENEWALS FOR LS-SYNA ON 5 CPU'S AND 3 LICENSES FOR USA PROFESSIONAL. NSWCCD INTENDS TO SOLICIT WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302.
