Full Description

It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract. Numbered Note 22 applies to this notice. This agency intends to award a purchase order to Mumps Audiofax, Inc., 1436 Lancaster Avenue Ste 210, Malvern, PA 19355-2517. 6 MDG requires the following: - License Renewal of AudioCARE Systems (Audio Canx, Audio Rx Info, WebRs Info, Audio Inquiry, Audio Recall, Audio Notes, Audio Verify, and Web Inquiry) to include technical support, hardware maintenance, and software patches. Base year plus 2 Options. A contract for AudioCARE Systems License Renewal, will be awarded to Mumps Audiofax, Inc. following no response back to this notice of intent. The purchase of an AudioCARE Systems maintenance and customer service must be done through Mumps Audiofax, Inc. because they will not sell their license to a distributor for resale. Market research was conducted for the purchase of AudioCARE Systems License Renewal and Mumps Audiofax, Inc. is the only contractor found able to supply this service as we require. If no response to this notice is received by 4:00PM EST on Friday, September 21, 2007, the award for AudioCARE Systems License Renewal will be made to Mumps Audiofax, Inc.
