Full Description

The 186th Air Refueling Wing, Meridian, MS intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisitions Procedures to Ronco Communications & Electronics, Inc., Tonawanda, NY for add-on requirements to a Telecommunications Management System purchased on NGB contract W9127Q-14-P-0167. The add-ons are for installation and configuration of Unique Communications cairs.net Automatic Switch Interface (ASI). The ASI application interfaces connect the telephone system LAN and VSS. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR Part 13.106-1(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. All qualified sources must respond in writing no later than 11:00 AM, Sept 25, 2014. Offers must be submitted email with confirmation of receipt.
