Full Description

NA U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range has a need for a follow-on effort on a sole source basis. The Government intends to award a contract to APT Research Inc., 4950 Reseach Dr. NW, Huntsville AL 35805-5906 for a follow-on effort to continue work on Ground Risk Model (GRM) Software Version 1.0 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). APT Research Inc. is sole source because they delivered the first iterations builds of the GRM Software Version 1.0. Therefore, in order to complete the stand alone G RM Software it is neccesssary to award a contract to APT Research Inc. Since APT Research Inc. is the only contractor intimately familiar with this software they are the only source who can reasonably continue working on it. It is estimated that this eff ort will take 4 months to complete.
