The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB, FL intends to procure 12-month user renewal licenses for the following software titles from DLT Solutions, Inc.: 1) AutoCAD Architecture 2008 (P/N: 9701-0317nrl) x 15; 2) Map 3D 2008 (P/N: 9701-0217nrl) x 2; 3) Raster Design 2008 (P/N: 9701-0146nrl) x 2. Renewal of the existing 19 product licenses has been determined to be in the best interest of the government. DLT Solutions has been identified by the manufacturer of these software products as the sole government re-seller. Therefore, the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
