Notice Type: FBO Special Notice VA243-13-I-1374 Synopsis: VA NY/NJ Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN3) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for VISN3 INTERACTIVE EDUCATION with KOGNITO SOLUTIONS, LLC as the only vendor capable of providing this product compatible with the currently installed system. The system / product/ services requirements will include: INTERACTIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE PATIENT CENTERED CARE: Vendor will generate training simulation programs and provide upgrades to the existing Diabetes and Congestive Heart Failure vendor-created programs. In addition, the vendor will provide technical support for all programs developed. We intend to conduct this procurement under the authority of: 1. FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available for this requirement. If a Contractor, other than KOGNITO SOLUTIONS, LLC believes it can meet the requirements of the proposed solicitation, supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 8 calendar days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. If responding, please keep in mind that your response should show clear and convincing evidence that your company can meet the requirements.. ALL responses shall be submitted (by e-mail only) directly to the contracting officer, Christopher Ward at contact@example.gov . All Responses must be received no later than Tuesday, July 9, 2013 : NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a separate competitive procurement.
