Solicitation Number: W91ZLK-11-T-0317 Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This will be an acquisition under the authority of the test program for commercial items section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division (AICD), 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen, MD 21005 has a requirement to procure Autodesk Software which assist end users in preparing engineering design drawings for communication installation purposes and network documentation. This Software will be procured from DLT Solutions, INC. located at 13861 Sunrise Valley Drive, Herndon, VA 20171, in support of Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005. CLIN 0001 AUTOCAD RASTER DESIGN 2012 CLIN 0002 AUTODESK PRODUCT DESIGN CLIN 0003 AUTODESK BUILDING DESIGN CLIN 0004 AUTODESK BUILDING DESIGN CLIN 0005 AUTODESK BUILDING DESIGN CLIN 0006 AUTODESK BUILDING DESIGN CLIN 0007 TIER 111 TELEPHONE SUPPORT AGREEMENT The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source purchase order to DLT Solutions, INC. (Cage Code: 0S0H9) to provide AutoCAD Raster Design. This software is used for 3D Modeling Software which helps ATC to create 3D images used to conduct testing, research and development of projects. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 518210 and the Business Size Standard is $25.0 M. All responses received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 4:00 PM EST, August 17th, 2011. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
