Interested parties must submit a solution-based capability statement not exceeding 10 pages, including a technical approach and a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost covering licensing, hosting, integration, and sustainment. Submissions are due by November 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT. While there is no formal solicitation at this time, the government will evaluate responses based on technical capability, integration feasibility, commercial maturity, and relevant past performance.
