The anticipated Seed Task Order requires a DP2 offshore vessel equipped with a Walk-to-Work (W2W) transfer system to inspect up to 93 facilities during calendar year 2027. The contractor must be capable of continuous offshore operations for 45 days, with an endurance of 21 days without returning to port.
