Full Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to Dicom Solutions, Inc. doing business as Dicom Solutions, 548 Wald Irvine CA 92618-4637 for the five each eFilm Viewing Workstations DICOM software - Unlimited Time full License; Diagnostic Imaging Software License with Window/Level Presents, MPR/MIP, cine function, Pixel to Pixel Zoom, Dicom Printing and customizable toolbar. Software must be compatible with the current systems operating on Fort Hood. This acquisition is conducted under the provision of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 423450 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding within 5 days after the date of electronic publication of this synopsis. All responses must be provided no later than 1000 CST 14 September 2011. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
