The Bureau of ATF intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis with Catalyst Communications, Forest, VA to procure the following: ITEM 0001: IPM - Smart Remote PC (Client) software license p/n LMMRS01 (10 ea); ITEM 0002: IPM-Smart Gateway hardware and software p/n LMMSSXX (4 ea); ITEM 0003: IPM-Smart Seat (simultaneous connection) p/n LMASCXX (10 ea); ITEM 0004: IPM-Smart Interface adapter between Gateway p/n LMMWR01 (4 ea); ITEM 0005: Recorded Audio Feature p/n LMASSRX (4 ea); ITEM 0006: Annual Maintenance/Software Upgrades p/n SEALH03 (1 ea); ITEM 0007: Installation p/n SEALH08 (3 ea); ITEM 0008: Billable Travel Expenses p/n SEALH02 (1 ea). Shipping must be FOB Destination to Gaithersburg, MD 20878. Market Research was conducted and found only one vendor capable of wirelessly controlling the Motorola (SB-9600 protocol) digitally controlled Astro Consollettes that ATF utilizes. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation is available. The North American Industrial Classification System Number is 541511 and the size standard is $21,000.000.
