Full Description

The Transportation Security Administration intends to make a single source award to General Dynamics of Fairfax, Virginia. The resultant award will be fixed price. TSA requires electric Project Management Office (ePMO) software and support to address TSA's project management support services. The description of support services includes Implementation Support and Training and Operations Maintenance and Support. The proposed contract action is for configuration and implementation support for TSA of a United States Coast Guard's (USCG) Government of-the-shelf ePMO application, which was developed and is maintained by General Dynamics for the USCG. This support will include training and user support. The period of performance is date of award through 1 base year, with four 1 year option periods. TSA intends on using a server provided by the USCG at its facility. This server has been established for use by other Department of Homeland Security agencies. General Dynamics is the only contractor approved to support and provide expert implementation for the ePMO software package at the USCG.
