8.5-8.8M Aluminum Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) with trailer
1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement from the following Stream of the SA: Stream 3 - RHIB - Greater than 6 Meters - Aluminum - Non-SOLAS - Welding Certification Required
2. Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) has a requirement for the fabrication and supply of one 8.5-8.8 metre, aluminum rigid hull inflatable boat with enclosed cabin and trailer, with delivery to Nanaimo, British Columbia by March 31, 2024.
3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst Supply Arrangement holders.
4. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA); the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement; the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement; the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement; the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement; the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement; the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement; the Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement; and the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement.
5. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering System CanadaBuys at: https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities. Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority.
6. There is no security associated with this requirement.
