This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) FA302026Q0042 to provide boat-shaped conference table for Sheppard AFB, TX. See the attached specification requirements and salient characteristics. 



The 80th Operations Group at Sheppard AFB, TX requires the purchase, delivery and install of a 192" L x 42" W (ends) x 54" W (center) boat-shaped conference table to be delivered within 90 days. Additionally, disposal and removal of existing conference table required. 



Offerors may propose a conference table that meets the requested salient characteristics. A mock-up or draft image of proposed table is requested with the proposal.



The 82d Contracting Squadron anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time; in the event of cancellation, the Government is not obligated to reimburse any offeror for costs incurred. 



This requirement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 337214 (size standard: 1,100 employees). All solicitation documents and amendments are available through this notice, and contractors are strongly encouraged to monitor for updates. 
The solicitation closes at 12:30 PM CST on Tuesday 12 May, 2026. Quotes must be submitted via email to the Primary Contact listed in the notice. All questions must be submitted in writing by 12:30 PM CST on Monday 04 May, 2026.
