The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (“NYC Health Department” or “the Agency”), is seeking appropriately qualified vendors to conduct survey research, data collection, and analytical services in support of its public health programs, policy development, and evaluation initiatives on an on-call basis. The selected contractor(s) will assist the Agency in designing, administering, and analyzing surveys targeting diverse populations across New York City.The contract term is anticipated to be from July 1, 2027, to February 28, 2034, with no renewal options.There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference at 1:00 p.m., ET, on October 15, 2026, via teleconference. Attendance by proposers is optional but strongly recommended by the NYC Health Department.  To register for the teleconference, please RSVP for the conference by 2:00 p.m. ET on October 14, 2026, by emailing the name, title, affiliation, and email address of each attendee to RFP@health.nyc.gov. Please state “MASTER CONTRACT SURVEY ATTENDEE” in the subject line of the email. Proposers who submit an RSVP will be provided an invitation via email to attend the teleconference.All questions must be submitted in writing to the Authorized Agency Contact person through the Discussion with Buyer in PASSPort.
