BLM FY26-2 Fall Consolidated Seed Buy

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Seed Warehouse System, intends to issue a solicitation for the Fall 26-2 Consolidated Seed Buy under SOLICITATION NUMBER 140L3726R0004. The seed requirement will be for various quantities and multiple varieties of seed to be delivered to multiple locations.


This procurement is not set aside for small businesses but will have 6 reserved awards for contractors that meet the small business threshold. The NAICS code is 113210 Forest Nurseries and Gathering of Forest Products, size standard is $20.5M. Single Solicitation, multiple awards and multiple delivery locations will be awarded as firm-fixed price contracts with a base buy and 1 option buy.

TYPE OF CONTRACTS: The government expects to make awards on or before August 12, 2026. The Government will award multiple contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will be conducted using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process.
