Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)

Nature of Requirements:
This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement from the following Stream of the SA:
Stream #15- Non-RHIB- Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP)- Greater than 6M
Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement for the construction and delivery of two (2) 9.5 - 10.5M GRP Cabin Boats with delivery to the Quebec region 14 months after contract award.
Only suppliers holding an existing Small Boat Supply Arrangement (SA Holders) are eligible to compete for this requirement. The solicitation documents will be e-mailed directly to the eligible SA Holders.
In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on Canada Buys (RFSA- SMALL BOATS - Tender Notice | CanadaBuys). Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority.
This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
There is no security associated with this requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
