The contract outlines the procedure for submitting questions and comments related to the procurement process through the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS). The Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB) emphasizes that while the “Submit Question” feature in IIPS is available for inputting inquiries and remarks regarding documents like the Draft Request for Proposals (DRFP), it does not support uploading file attachments. Users must enter their questions or comments by typing or copying and pasting text, including any relevant paragraph references. This ensures that all submitted input is properly recorded and reviewed. The SSEB will consider all questions and comments received via the IIPS platform, but submissions after June 26, 2007, might not be incorporated into the final Request for Proposals (RFP). For any difficulties encountered when using the IIPS system, users are encouraged to contact the IIPS Helpdesk via email or phone for assistance. The solicitation referenced is identified as DE-RP36-06GO96031SN7 and was posted as a presolicitation notice on June 28, 2007. The notice provides guidance for ensuring effective communication during this procurement phase but does not specify details such as set-aside status or NAICS codes.
