The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment to realign, raise/lower, level, and backfill standard upright marble headstones onto a new marker grid support system (beam installation and surveying) in sections 29,30, 35-A, 36, 38, 42, 43, and 53. To include cleaning upright headstones/markers and renovation of Turf Areas in the above stated sections as well for 9,771 headstones and 265,940 square feet of turn areas at Barrancas National Cemetery, NAS Pensacola, 1 Cemetery Road, Pensacola, FL 32508. Contract period will consist of a Three-Hundred-Sixty-Five (365) after (date of contract award/notice to proceed). All work shall be performed in accordance with The Specifications/Description/Statement of Work. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. (SDVOSB) The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard of $7.0 million is applicable. Performance and/or Payment bonding may be required at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price.
