Fisheries and Oceans Canada Pacific Region requires a Diversity and Inclusion expert(s) to advise the Diversity Inclusion Action Team (DIAT) and Regional senior management on best practices that will advance the overall workplace culture into a more inclusive space and one that promotes employee diversity. The expert will develop a strategic plan, informed by inputs from an environmental scan used to engage staff, and including an action plan to achieve outcomes identified.Duration of contract: The period of the Contract is from contract award to March 31st, 2023 inclusive.
