The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806- 5000, on behalf of the U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Armaments Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) intends to enter into a section 845 Prototype Other Transaction (OT) Agreement with InSitech Inc. for a period of five (5) years. Only one such Partnership Intermediary source, InSitech, encompasses the expertise, knowledge, technologies, and innovation to perform services for ARDEC that increase ARDEC's success in attracting non-traditional suppliers who are at the cutting edge of technology relevant to accelerating the prototyping of armaments, munitions and fire control systems.
