A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD AT9:00 AM on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at the former Sugarland Elementary School2403 Jefferson Island Road, New Iberia, Louisiana 70560 Bids may be mailed to David Delahoussaye, Purchasing Agent, Iberia Parish School Board, P.O. Box 200, New Iberia, Louisiana 70562-0200, or delivered to 1500 Jane Street, New Iberia, Louisiana 70563: Between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday on any working day prior to the bid opening or delivered at the time of the bid opening as listed above.
