Fifteen days after publication of this notice, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to issue a purchase order to GMR Research & Technology, Inc. for research which proposes a comprehensive effort of mathematical analysis and signal processing algorithm development in support of DARPA's program on NonLinear Mathematics for Mixed Signal Microsystems. GMR Research & Technology, Inc. is uniquely qualified because it has a unique mathematical basis for the process. This order shall be for an amount less than $100,000 and the research to be provided shall take place within a period of six months after issuance of the purchase order.
