AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) is a non-profit, non-partisan association of state transportation departments, serving as a vital liaison between states and the federal government to develop national standards, policies, and an integrated transportation system. AASHTO has developed a document repository for manufacturer’s to submit domestic materials compliance certifications for the State DOT’s use in demonstrating domestic origin for Federal Aid contracts.
