Summary: The U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, is posting this RFI for Security and Safety Support Services as a means of conducting market research to identify Small Business 8(a) vendors having an interest and capabilities that can support the ATC Security and Safety Office with the requirements below.
Background: The U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), a subordinate command to the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), is the WAR Department’s lead agency for land-combat testing. ATC requires contractor support for the Safety and Security Office and shall be responsible for acquiring, managing and retaining personnel with the capability and experience to perform security administration, provide technical security, expertise and services in support of ATC and ATEC Headquarters (HQ), located at the Aberdeen Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. Because of the division of APG into north and south areas, the contractor may have occasional duty in the Edgewood Area. The contractor will perform work that involves both classified and unclassified security actions. Services shall be performed In Accordance With (IAW), Army regulations 190-13 and ATC regulations and policies found on ATC Sharepoint https://armyeitaas.sharepoint-mil.us/sites/ATEC-ATC and policies provided by the government via the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
