Description:

Summary: The U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, is posting this RFI for Security and Safety Support Services as a means of conducting market research to identify Small Business 8(a) vendors having an interest and capabilities that can support the ATC Security and Safety Office with the requirements below.

Background: The U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), a subordinate command to the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), is the WAR Department’s lead agency for land-combat testing. Acquisition Strategy: Based on the market research gathered from this RFI, the Government anticipates directly awarding to a Small Business 8(a) vendor willing to participate in an Alpha Contracting process. Under this approach, the Government and the selected contractor will work together to finalize the requirements and proposal simultaneously. Respondents should clearly highlight their capability to support a rapid, collaborative acquisition timeline.
