The Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) has a requirement for the provision of a subscription-based access to flight schedule and passenger booking data through a web-based platform. The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the government's intention to award a contract to OAG Aviation Worldwide, LLC (OAG). The Agency requires access to accurate and comprehensive aviation data to fulfill its mandate of monitoring and regulating air transportation in Canada. This includes analyzing flight schedule data to inform the state of air carriers’ performance in Canada. The passenger booking data will allow the Agency to assess market trends and compliance with the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
