The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA), on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500, has a requirement for contractor support services to provide unarmed personnel to perform access control to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and secure areas controlled by the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), support Intrusion Detection System (IDS) monitoring and response as necessary, man Access Control Points (ACPs), perform classified waste collection/removal/destruction services, and escort uncleared personnel at The Richard C. Shelby Center for Missile Intelligence, or other secure areas on Redstone Arsenal used to house MSIC assets. A copy of the unclassified Request for Proposal is attached to this notice. After review of the RFP any contractor thinking they have the capability to perform the effort should submit a proposal to as described in the RFP to Mrs. April Paul, Contracting Officer, contact@example.gov NLT 10:00 a.m. central standard daylight savings time, Wednesday, 18 January 2017. The NAICS code for this effort is 561612. The contract period of performance shall be a one-year base period plus four, one-year options that may be exercised at the Government's discretion. Offerors must also be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to conduct business with this Government organization.
