Agrawal Trust et al. Shared Use Pier (Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. PLA-63423-R2)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-63423-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code. This agreement authorizes the project applicant, Rajit Agrawal, to construct a 258-foot long multiuse pier on Lake Tahoe to serve two adjacent properties. The project scope includes the installation of two boat lifts, each with a 12,000-pound capacity, and the removal of two existing mooring buoys from the lake. The project is located at 9910 Lake Street, Kings Beach, California, in Placer County. Under the California Environmental Quality Act, the project is deemed categorically exempt under Class 3 and Class 4 of the California Code of Regulations. Administrative oversight is provided by Robert Hosea, an Environmental Scientist with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Environmental Program Manager Tanya Sheya.
