The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-63423 -R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Rajit Agrawal. The project consists of construction of a two hundred fifty-eight (258) foot long multiuse pier with two (2), twelve thousand (12,000) pound capacity boat lifts on Lake Tahoe, associated with two (2) adjacent properties, and removal of two (2) extant mooring buoys from the lake.
