Travis AFB, California is seeking qualified vendors to provide Aircraft Regulated Garbage Services including pick-up and disposal of regulated waste generated from international aircraft operations under a potential five-year contract spanning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031, with one base year and four optional years. The work involves collecting regulated garbage from Building P-1 at Travis AFB, transporting it to an approved facility, and disposing of it in compliance with USDA APHIS regulations under 7 CFR 330.400–330.403 and 9 CFR 94.5, requiring treatment through incineration or sterilization.
