Conduct a 2" mill and overlay for 26929 square yards of airfield pavement in the South Ramp. Pavement branch IDs included in this project are PASR - A34B. FCI is 45 is from the 2023 PAVER projection from the 2020 PCI. Justification: Per the 2022 Airfield Pavement Load Evaluation the identified areas of pavement are structurally deficient and the report criteria states "no aircraft should be allowed until pavement is repaired or upgraded". Much of this area is a significant FOD hazard for aircraft and requires a weight waver that restricts the operational capability of the aircraft that can use (park or taxi) over these areas. This project is second priority to the other South Ramp Paving Project since this pavement is in (slightly) better condition. These projects were separated to make execution more feasible with ongoing aircraft operations.
