The Regional Procurement Office (RPO) - East plans to negotiate a sole source contract with Joseph Caluag to develop a web-based software platform designed for administering sustained attention diagnostic tests, precise stimulus presentation, and data collection for Veterans participating in VA-funded research. The contract covers a base year plus two option years. This notice is not a solicitation for competitive proposals but an opportunity for other responsible sources to express their interest and capability to provide the required software or compatible products by a specified deadline. The Contracting Officer, Ms. Millicent Covert, will review any responses to decide whether to pursue a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations. The contract falls under NAICS code 541511 and is administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs, with the office located in Pittsburgh, PA.
