This modification negotiates and exercises an unpriced option on task order HQ0727-16-D-0006-0006, DMEA CET 16-691 ALR-69A Radar Warning Receiver Upgrade Program under the ATSP4 Basic IDIQ contract with Raytheon. This task contains an unpriced option (CET paragraph 3.3.1.4). Under this option, the contractor is to build nine (9) ALR-69A units and build two (2) installation kits to update the Air National Guard (ANG) aircraft. The specific exception that precludes the fair opportunity process for this acquisition is FAR 16.505(bX2)(iXC).
