Lancaster County, South Carolina ("County"), through the Lancaster County Parks and Recreation Department ("County"), is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced, and properly licensed/authorized firms ("Contractor" or "Vendor") to provide amusement rides for County-sponsored events. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, transportation, delivery, setup, installation, operation, supervision, operators, generators/power, fuel, maintenance, inspections, permits, dismantling, removal, insurance, and other labor, materials, and services necessary to provide safe, clean, fully operational amusement rides throughout each scheduled event. County-sponsored events are free to the public. The Contractor shall not charge the public any admission fee, ride fee, ticket fee, wristband fee, or other fee for use of any amusement ride provided under the resulting Contract. The County will compensate the Contractor in accordance with the resulting Contract and approved pricing.
