This is a Special Notice of intent to award on a sole source basis. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a requirement for Postmortem Tissue Samples for the VA CT Healthcare System, CT. The applicable NAICS code is 54715. The PSC/FSC is AN12. The authority for this action is RFO FAR 12.102: Restricting competition and fulfills RFO FAR Part 5: Publicizing contract actions.
This is a Special notice of intent to award on a sole source basis is to satisfy the requirements of RFO FAR 5.101. All interested parties should register via SAM.gov interested vendors list.
