Full Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the Simulation and Integrative Learning (SAIL) Center at the University of Illinois College of Medicine (UIC) to provide a simulated medical facility for a veteran s educational video for the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, IL. This video shall include productions with actors, medical experts, camera operators and film editors versed in these simulated medical educational videos. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contract Specialist by 10:00 AM local time May 27, 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contract Specialist, via email to contact@example.gov; or mail to VAMC GLAC, 115 South 84th Street Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214-1476; or via fax to +1 (555) 000-0000. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
