Page 2 of 2 The Greater Los Angeles (GLA) VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Stripes Global, Service Disabled Veteran Small Business, in accordance with 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 and VAAR 819.7007, to continue to provide services related to dry ice delivery and rental of dry ice equipment. These items will be utilized to support ongoing research studies at the GLA Medical Center. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of supplying the services described above, may submit a capability statement to the contracting office to the contracting officer no later than Wednesday, March 24, 2021 11AM, EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to Elaine DiBucci at contact@example.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
